GP - President

  • The President runs chapter meetings and maintains relations with the university and the community. He handles all general issues that arise, and works with the rest of the chapter to encourage improvement of the chapter functions.
  • The President is one of the the two undergraduate House Corp. board members. He has one of the nine votes on all important decisions concerning the chapter, and ensures communication between the active brothers and the seven alumni on the board.

VGP - Vice President

  • The Vice President is also known as the “Keeper of the Brotherhood.” He organizes brotherhood events, and encourages brotherhood in general. He is in charge of the Grievance Board, manages the parking lot, leads the chapter executive board, and shares many of the responsibilities of presidency

EVGP - External Vice President

  • The External Vice President is the keeper of out of house operations. He organizes and supervises Philanthropy, service, alumni and fraternal advertising events. Along with out of house operations, he works with the Philanthropy Chairman to sign up and create teams for other Chapter’s philanthropy events.

P - Treasurer

  • The Treasurer is in charge of all bill collection. He makes sure that brothers have lived up to their financial obligations to the chapter house, and works out payment plans for brothers who are on financial aid and/or who need leniency on their bills. In addition, the Treasurer also ensures that all brothers are reimbursed for any expenses they might have incurred for the good of the house.
  • The Treasurer also has one of the two undergrad. positions on the House Corp. board. He works closely with the president and the seven alumni board members to ensure smooth operation of chapter funds.

AG - Corresponding Secretary

  • The Corresponding Secretary is responsible for record-keeping and handling secretarial contact between the chapter and the National Fraternity. He works on the public relations of the house which includes this website and local newspapers. He also writes the articles for Phi Psi newsletters, such as The Shield and The Bazute.

BG - Recording Secretary

  • The Recording Secretary is responsible for recording the minutes of all official chapter meetings as well as preparing a weekly report on the state of the chapter.

SG - Historian

  • The Historian is responsible for recording all of the activities that happen within the chapter. This includes taking pictures, putting together scrapbooks, and getting the composite.

  • The Recruitment Chairs have the job of recruiting new members to the fraternity. Their jobs include setting up rush events to impress potential members and coming up with creative ways to get new students interested in pledging Phi Kappa Psi. They constantly update the calendar on the website with upcoming rush events.

  • The Fraternity Educators are the teachers for pledges who have not yet been initiated yet. They are responsible for teaching the pledges about the history of Phi Kappa Psi, respect for the chapter house, and encouraging loyalty to the fraternity and brotherly bonding.

House Managers

  • The House Managers are responsible for handling all repairs to the chapter house and encouraging members to keep the house clean. They also do house improvements, deal with local contractors to accomplish major tasks, manage the landscaping, and lead projects to make the chapter house a better place to live in.

Social Chairmen

  • The Social Chair schedules and organizes all social events for the semester. This includes organizing exchanges with sororities, organizing dinner announcements to them, and setting up parties.

Philanthropy Chair

  • The service and philanthropy chairman organizes chapter philanthropy opportunities for the brothers .

Alumni Relations

  • Alumni relations facilitates communication between alumni and the chapter house. He also plans the homecoming festivities in the fall and the Delta Leadership Classic golf outing in the spring.

Scholarship Chairman

  • The Scholarship chair is responsible for keeping brothers informed of deadlines for Scholarships and providing scholarship applications for brothers who are interested.

  • The Commissar is in charge of the food and meal plans at the house. He maintains contact between the brothers and the food service provided for brothers living in the house.

Athletics Chairman

  • The Athletics chair is responsible for arranging all of the sporting activities within the chapter.  He is in charge of intramural sports.​

Risk Management Chair

  • The Risk Management Chair is responsible for keeping the chapter in line with university risk management policies and registering all social events. In addition, he also organizes workshops for the brothers on important risk management topics.

Chapter Advisor

  • As chapter advisor, Brother Salen serves as the liaison for the chapter with the university, the national fraternity and the chapter house board of directors. He is also responsible for chapter operations and leadership development. He oversees the chapter advisory committee that works with the rush chairmen, pledge educators, treasurer and internal vice president. Todd annually conducts goal setting seminars for the chapter officers and helps the individual officers develop a plan to achieve their goals.
